Our ABI Clarendon caravan is 40ft x 12.6ft and is located on Penhale

A superior, luxurious and modern designed caravan, beautiful soft furnishings and fabrics throughout, comprises of:

Cloakroom, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, En-suite, Kitchen and Lounge leading to a spacious south facing decking.

The Caravan has central heating & double glazing throughout, Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms fitted.

Outside there is a wrap around south facing decking with external lights and parking

Private WiFi is also installed in the caravan

Dog Friendly - up to 2 well behaved dogs

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN Areas

The luxurious open plan Living area has plenty of comfy seating with a free standing Arm Chair and a large L shape Sofa

In the Living area there is an Electric Fire, a 40" smart TV and DVD player with a coffee table.

There is a built in remote controlled Music System with DAB/FM Radio and Bluetooth/AUX input.

The speakers are located in the living area ceiling

Patio doors lead on to the spacious south facing wrap around decking

The superior modern open plan Kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage and appliances

Gas Oven/Hob/Grill, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer and Dishwasher. Plus a kettle, toaster, hoover and Iron

There is a dining area with a free standing Dining Table and Chairs

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a sumptuous padded headboard. and a bedside cabinet at either side.

A 32" smart tv is installed on the wall opposite the bed

There is a double wardrobe with 2 drawers and a vanity area with a dressing table, buffet and mirror.

The En-suite has a large shower with a Vanity Basin and W.C.

The Twin bedroom has 2 single beds both with a sumptuous padded headboard and a bedside cabinet in between.

There is a single wardrobe with 2 drawers and a mirror.

The Bathroom has a large shower with a Vanity Basin and W.C.

Bed linen is provided

Towels are not included, please bring your own with you

Weekly clean on Saturdays

Welcome hamper on arrival
